MEDICAL RECORDS:

Use https://requestmanager.healthmark-group.com/register [1] as the process to request medical records be transferred to Helms Healthcare. Just follow the prompts on the site. If you are unable to complete the process on your own, we will have staff to assist after March 1. You can stop by the clinic or call the main number for assistance, or make the request at your next appointment.

HELMS CLINIC VINCENT IS IN NETWORK WITH CIGNA, CIGNA HEALTHSPRINGS, AETNA, VIVA, UNITED HEALTH CARE AND AARP. WE ALSO ACCEPT BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD, MEDICARE, AETNA MEDICARE ADVANTAGE AND COMMERCIAL. WE CONTINUE TO UPDATE DAILY AND WILL KEEP EVERYONE INFORMED.
